This course is a series of five lessons that explain how the organization is set up to be driven by risk and the audit format to satisfy ISO 19011:2018. The role of top management is separated from the operations. It sets up how the organization should be risk based managed. The information dovetails to develop a systematic audit process.
The lessons of each slide is 30 seconds long to enable the student to make their own notes, as the videos are not downloadable. All the lessons are completed before a test is offered. The pass mark is 85% for the course.
